Investment in New IT at Grampian Soil Surveys
In recognition of the need to continue to provide the highest possible level of service to customers our technical staff have been issued with new desktop computers and software. This 'behind the scenes' investment keeps Grampian Soil Surveys IT up to date and ahead of our competitors.

Environmental Engineer Appointment
We are pleased to announce that Kirsten Rae has joined the team at Grampian Soil Surveys. A recent graduate of Aberdeen University, Kirsten has a Geography Honours degree. After completion of her training period Kirsten will initially be carrying out phase 1 reporting and site monitoring works.

Grampian Soil Surveys Aberdeen relocates
During August 2007 we relocated to Froghall Road, less than a mile from Aberdeen City Centre. The new building features extensive office accommodation for technical and administrative staff, an open plan laboratory facility and indoor warehousing for all drilling and other site equipment.

Our Staff Spread their Wings
The traditional customer base of Grampian Soil Surveys is located in the northern half of Scotland. As part of our service commitment to our customers - "we aim to never say no" - we have recently seen staff taking aircraft flights throughout the UK .

Our company goes 'back to the future'
A review of our operation, image and core activity has resulted in a re-branding of our company. The history of the company can be traced back to Mr James Gray who successfully traded under the 'Grampian Soil Surveys' name throughout the 1970's, 80's and 90's.
